With over a decade of experience spanning both agency advisory and principal-side transaction management, Matt works at the intersection of industrial development, capital and long-term partnerships across Melbourne’s infill and growth-area markets.

He brings a well-rounded perspective to every engagement. His background includes involvement in development-led land transactions, rezoning opportunities and large-scale subdivision projects, providing him with a deep understanding of planning frameworks, capital deployment and precinct activation.

Matt works closely with private investors, developers, family offices and institutional capital, delivering considered advice across acquisition, development strategy and divestment. He is known for his commercial judgement, discretion and ability to guide clients through complex, development driven decisions with clarity and confidence.

Anthony brings over 13 years’ experience across Melbourne’s industrial market, advising clients on development sites, vacant possession assets, investment properties and complex leasing campaigns.

He has worked alongside developers from initial site acquisition through to estate sell-down, providing strategic input into positioning, pricing and capital strategy. This end-to-end exposure has given him a detailed understanding of buyer behaviour, market cycles and the industrial development lifecycle.

Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for staying ahead of the curve — combining strategic oversight with hands on leadership to ensure her teams are supported, empowered, and consistently delivering at a high level.

With a strong focus on clear internal and external communication, Rita is known for her ability to anticipate challenges, strengthen capability within teams, and create environments where people and performance thrive. Her passion for property administration, marketing, and client relationships is underpinned by a highly organised, detail driven approach and a commitment to operational excellence.

It is this breadth of leadership experience that has led Rita to step into a broader operational leadership role at Scope. In this position, she leads the operational side of the business, focusing on strengthening systems, people, and processes to ensure that Scope Property Partners continues to perform at the highest standard as it evolves and grows.

Outside of work, Rita channels her passion for personal growth into her side venture, Woman in Progress — a platform she co founded to support women navigating life transitions with purpose and confidence.
